Premier League match week 26 “Spursy-Everton that”

This week the Sam’s focus on the bottom of the table which included 9 of the matches played. That’s right 9 clubs are separated by 5 points or less. The Cherries and the Toffees get huge wins at their home grounds. Leeds and West Ham get key draws but Leicester, Forest, Palace, and Wolves all loss. The boys take a deep dive into these 9 sides and try to make sense of it all. Premier League match week 25 “What did we just witness?”

This week the Sam’s open with the historic thrashing of Liverpool by Man United. Arsenal and Man City hold serve with victories, some more dramatic than others. They also had new friend and resident young person Hiram, a Chelsea supporter to discuss all the 1-0 matches that “popped off” (he said it was okay to say that).

Premier League match week 24 “Say it with an Otter Graham”

The Drunkard United football show covers the last week of the ‘Prem.  The boys give Man United winning a trophy exactly the amount of time it deserved (which is not much). They discuss the bottom of the table, as Everton slides back, while Leeds and West Ham dig out. Arsenal continues their lead over Man City, Chelsea is a complete mess and Tottenham increases their chances for the champions league. Premier League match week 23 “You can’t win the footballs without scoring the goals.”

This week on the Drunkard United football show, the Sam’s open with the top of the league. City beat Arsenal, but when they drew Forest, City gave the gunners back their top spot. For the first time in 8 years, all three of the bottom clubs won. Everton, Bournemouth, and Southampton resulted in 1-0 wins. Fulham pulled off a “polite” smash and grab while Newcastle’s dumpster fire hasn’t fully extinguished.

Premier League match week 22 “Careful, this is a family show”

This week the Sam’s start with the bottom of the table. Southampton loses in epic fashion, Everton and Leeds lose 2-0 to bitter rivals while the Cherries get a gutsy draw. Arsenal's lead at the top is down to 3 points over Manchester City before their massive clash this week. Nicole is in the studio to continue her exploration to find a club,  and she says farewell to another team. She tries to let them down easily, explaining it's not the “club”, it’s her.

FA Cup 4th round “Underwhelming performance of CATS”

This week the Sam’s recap the weekend's 4th round of the FA Cup. Powerhouses Arsenal and Liverpool were eliminated this weekend as the list of Premier League Clubs grow smaller. Relegation-battling clubs Southampton, West Ham, Leeds, and Leicester all advanced over lower-league opposition. Non-League Wrexham will face a replay as they and Sheffield United drew 3-3 along with 6 other matches to be replayed. The Sam’s finish out the show catching up on some transfer news and the hiring of Sean Dyche as Everton’s new manager. Premier League Matchweek 19 “Drinking Malört from the neck”

The Premier League saw three fantastic Derbies!  Sam and Sam breakdown Fulham’s win over Chelsea in the West London Derby, United's controversial win over City in the Manchester Derby, and Arsenal’s dominant victory over Spurs in the North London Derby. The bottom of the table is only separated by 2 points from 14th to 20th and Big Sam eats crow as Everton continues to implode. Huston finished a bottle of Malört to drown his sorrows.
This week’s beverage is an amazing Irish Whiskey, the 12-year from Bushmills that is number 16 in Whisky Advocate’s Top 20 from 2022.
